My last 2 responses for loss compensation have been... please send video.... apparently screenshots aren't quite enough for the technicians to evaluate. So be prepared to submit a video recording with that Help ticket (Help tickets are the best route as they include your player ID # automatically).
Personally, I'm not gonna record my every Solgard move to ensure I'm compensated for losses. My phone has limited resources and I'm not willing to dedicate those resources to a game.
Will be keeping a log of all my losses, and if the losses become too high... well... what are my options Snowprint?
Just wanted players to be aware... video or be prepared for a nope, no loss compensation for you. If this is not a true statement Snowprint, how about a reply as to your policy in effect right now.
