It seems to me that the idea of players waiting till the next update to fix serious issues that bottleneck progression to almost nothing, is highly unreasonable. This kind of perspective from devs is pretty atrocious on a player retention and general game quality level, id feel the same way if i was entirely uneffected by a bug that did so.
Serious problems of this magnitude should not be placed into the next upcoming update patch, they should become an absolute priority. Hotfixs are not an unreasonable solution here, in fact i feel that devs taking development of the game serious, should consider this a better evolution to enhancing game quality and player retention.
I'm posting Here because since 4 days I'm expreiencing a bug : every time I launch a game Heroes arena (Arène des héros) Or Heroes Challenge (Défis des héros) the game crashes at 50% loading.
I don't know if it is related but this bug appeared just after I migrated my account on my new phone
Is there someone who experiences the same issue or have any information about it?
I have an idea for the Hero Arena that I would like to share with you:
Some players with very powerful creatures stay intentionally in lower Hero Arena leagues to get the first positions and win the best chests at the end of the season, leaving no chance to "honorable" players that have a fit and balanced level for such leagues.
To avoid this kind of abusive behaviour, I propose that each league has a power level cut: if you are on a descending position in the league, but the league below has a power cut that is below your team power level or your character level, you will stay in your current league (no descend) and win no prize at the end of the season.
What do you think? Hope you like it!
